Entries permitted
Maximum two (2) entries per eligible person:
One main entry and one Instagram bonus entry. Each valid entry has an equal chance of winning.
Total prize pool
One Major Prize with a maximum retail value of AUD $30,000 including GST.
Major Prize
A NEXA Home Energy System designed for an eligible South Australian residential property and tailored to the property's energy requirements, up to a maximum retail value of AUD $30,000 including GST. Subject to assessment and suitability, this may include solar, battery storage, associated inverter/electrical equipment and standard installation.
Draw
Electronic random-number-generator draw on Friday 2 October 2026 at 10:30am Adelaide time at 6 Walsh Avenue, St Marys SA. Supervised by the Promoter and open for public scrutiny. Entrants need not be present.
Winner notification
Winner notified in writing within seven (7) days of the draw.
Publication
Winner's first-name initial, surname and postcode published on the official NEXA Energy Facebook page and Instagram page (@nexaenergyau) within 30 days of the draw and retained for at least 30 days, subject to applicable requirements.
Prize claim
Winner has two (2) months from the draw date to claim the prize and provide information reasonably required to verify eligibility and arrange site assessment.
Unclaimed prize redraw
If required, electronic redraw Friday 4 December 2026 at 10:30am Adelaide time at 6 Walsh Avenue, St Marys SA, subject to the Lotteries Regulations 2021 (SA) and CBS requirements. Redraw winner notified in writing within 7 days and required details published on NEXA Energy Facebook and Instagram within 30 days.

To be inserted immediately upon issue by CBS and before advertising or commencement.
General Terms and Conditions
Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Only valid and eligible entries received during the Promotional Period will be accepted. Employees and directors of the Promoter, persons directly involved in conducting or determining the winner, and their immediate family members are not eligible.
The winner is determined by chance using an electronic random number generator. The Promoter may verify entries before awarding the prize and may draw reserve entries in case a drawn entry is invalid or ineligible.
The Major Prize is subject to a site and technical assessment by NEXA Energy. Assessment may include roof condition, structural and installation suitability, roof access, available roof area, orientation and shading, switchboard/electrical condition, existing solar or battery equipment, suitable battery location, network requirements, approvals and any other matter relevant to a safe, lawful and technically appropriate installation.
If the winner's nominated property is unsuitable for the initially proposed system, NEXA Energy will work with the winner to determine an alternative suitable system, configuration or installation solution within the maximum $30,000 prize value where reasonably possible and subject to applicable laws, approvals and regulatory requirements.
NEXA Energy is not required to perform unsafe, unlawful or non-compliant work or install equipment on a roof, electrical system or property unsuitable for the proposed installation. Standard installation is included. Rectification, structural works, roof replacement or repair, asbestos work, switchboard/electrical upgrades, trenching, network augmentation and other non-standard works are excluded unless NEXA Energy expressly agrees in writing to include them within the prize scope.
If property works are required before safe and lawful installation, NEXA Energy will advise the winner. The winner may arrange and pay for those works separately, or NEXA Energy may redesign the prize to a suitable alternative configuration where reasonably possible within the maximum prize value.
The Major Prize is not an entitlement to exactly $30,000 of products or services. If the suitable prize configuration has a retail value below $30,000, the difference will not be paid or provided as cash, credit, additional equipment or another benefit.
The Major Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and is not redeemable for cash, subject to applicable law and regulatory requirements.
The Promoter may request reasonable evidence of identity, age, South Australian residency and completion of required social-media entry actions. Incomplete, fraudulent, automated, tampered or excess duplicate entries may be invalidated.
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram. Entrants provide information to NEXA Energy, not those platforms, and release Facebook and Instagram from liability in connection with the Promotion to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
If the Promotion cannot proceed as planned for reasons outside the Promoter's reasonable control, cancellation, suspension, modification or alternative disposal of the prize will occur only as permitted by law and subject to any required CBS approval.
$1,000 NEXA Energy Credit - Inducement to Enter
Every eligible entrant who submits a valid entry will be offered one (1) $1,000 NEXA Energy Credit.
The Credit may be applied to an eligible new NEXA Energy purchase with a total qualifying purchase price of AUD $10,000 or more.
Subject to suitability and NEXA Energy approval, an eligible purchase may include a new solar system, new battery installation, additional or secondary battery capacity, or a combined solar and battery system.
To redeem the Credit, the entrant must accept an eligible NEXA Energy proposal and pay the required deposit on or before 31 October 2026.
The installation must be scheduled for an available installation date on or before 31 December 2026, subject to site suitability, approvals, product availability and NEXA Energy installation availability.
The Credit is limited to one per eligible entrant/household/property, cannot be stacked with another entrant's Credit, is not redeemable for cash and cannot be used retrospectively on work already contracted before entry.
The Credit is an inducement to enter and is separate from the Major Prize. No purchase is required to enter and there is no obligation to redeem the Credit.
If an entrant redeems the Credit and is subsequently confirmed as the Major Prize winner, the Credit has no separate cash value; the Major Prize will be dealt with under these Terms and applicable regulatory requirements.
Privacy
NEXA Energy collects entrants' personal information to administer the Promotion, validate entries, contact and verify the winner, award and arrange the Major Prize and administer the $1,000 NEXA Energy Credit. Information may be disclosed to service providers and regulators where reasonably necessary or required by law.
Where an entrant separately consents to marketing, NEXA Energy may contact that entrant about products, services and offers. Marketing consent is not a condition of entry and may be withdrawn at any time. NEXA Energy will make its Privacy Policy available on its website before the Promotion commences.
